Scott Alan Miller and Nathan Parker go to Washington, DC in 1993 with Close Up. All of the pictures in this series were taken by Nathan Parker. I had taken a camera with me on this trip, an Olympus Rangefinder - my main camera during this era. That camera was accidentally left behind in the hotel room so all of my pictures of this trip were sadly lost. I was present for almost all of these pictures - especially those in the capital building and with President Nixon.
