Scott Alan Miller and Anne (I don't remember her last name, sorry) at Island Jim's Tiki Bar in Brookland in Washington, DC near Catholic University and the Washington Hospital Center and part of Colonel Brooks Tavern. Anne and I worked at OilNavigator.com in DC at the time. JJ is behind the bar with his eyes closed. This was John Nicklin and my bar in DC for a very long time mostly in 2000 - 2002 when I was in Washington the most. Island Jim's was located directly across the street from the Brookland Metro Station so it was a great place to go to catch the metro.
