Shrimp and Veggie Fried Rice at the Simple Beach Restaurant

New menu item. Available for order, but not actually on the menu yet. Working on verifying that all the chefs are familiar with it before it "goes live." This is about the third trial of it and wow, it's delicious. To me it feels like a fusion of Asian, Polynesian and Latin cuisine. It's not quite any specific region, just "Pacific Fried Rice."
