Peekskill Basement Towards Back

Here I am standing by the amusement park mirrors and looking towards the patio in the back of the house. We plan to use the basement almost exact as-is with a den area near where the stairs come down and the space beyond as an office area. We are seriously considering partitioning the basement in some way for greater separation.
