Sustainable Fish at Sanaa - Arctic Char

Over vegetables and fish broth. Delicious! This was the best meal that I had on this trip to Disney. Absolutely excellent and something different as well. Arctic char is a member of the salmon family and looks a lot like traditional salmon but tastes more like tuna. It is the northernmost fresh water fish. Char, salmon and trout are so closely related that they are more closely related to each other, often, than to other fish of the same name as themselves. Sanaa is the latest restaurant destination at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge and well worth the trip. Mostly it is Indian dishes prepared in a South African style. Interesting and tasty, to be sure.
